    • Mario Almonte 

      General Manager

      Mario brings Belmont over 14 years of experience in Sales and Marketing for the golf industry. Prior to joining Belmont, Mario was the Regional Sales & Marketing Director for Wingfield Golf Properties, a position which he held for over five years. Mario came to Belmont as Membership Director and moved his way up to Assistant General Manager. He has his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland as well as his Masters of Business of Administration from American University.

      Andy Salguero

      Originally from a small town in Western Massachusetts, Andy has spent the past 22 years in the hospitality industry; the last 18 of those in private country clubs. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Andy has held leadership positions at clubs throughout the Southeast including; the Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, Georgia, the Standard Club in Duluth, Georgia, and the University Club in Memphis, Tennessee. Andy joined the Toll Brothers team in the fall of 2016 as Assistant General Manager & Executive Chef at Parkland Golf & Country Club, and is bringing with him a wealth of culinary knowledge and club management experience.

      Tyler Puckett 

      Senior Membership Director

      A native of Salem, Virginia, Tyler graduated from Roanoke College in 2005. Studying pre-law, he made the switch to sports management and moved to Baltimore after a quick stint in the Outer Banks. While living and working in Baltimore, Tyler met his now wife Sarah, who works for the PGA, and decided to relocate to Washington, DC. Prior to Dominion Valley, Tyler worked for the Washington Nationals in their sales department.

      Amanda Bouman-Nash

      Marketing & Communications Director

      Originally from East Tennessee, Amanda moved to Northern Virginia after graduating from Tusculum College in Greeneville, TN with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Amanda has 10+ years in the hospitality industry and initially came to Belmont as the Club Executive Administrative Assistant. She quickly moved her way up to become the Member Relations Director before taking on the role as Toll Golf's Regional Marketing & Communications Director, overseeing - Belmont and Dominion Valley Country Club as well as Regency at Dominion Valley, where she managed all aspects of marketing and communications to include, print, digital, website, email and social media presence. After having her third child, she decided to take a more focused role on Belmont Country Club to be closer to her children and  is currently our Marketing and Communications Director and plans most of our Member Events.

    • Bob Pfeffer

      Head Golf Professional

      Bob began his career in the golf business over thirty years ago in Michigan and has enjoyed the opportunities that the great game has afforded him. His golf experience includes stints at Walt Disney World in Orlando, The Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale and prior to joining the professional staff at Belmont, Director of Golf at Sun City Hilton Head. Bob graduated from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI with a Bachelor's degree in Professional Golf Management and has been a Class A Member of the PGA of America since 1994.


      Adam Hibbs

      1st Assistant Professional

      Adam comes to us most recently from The Cliffs at Walnut Cove in Asheville, NC. Prior to being there, his golf experience includes internships at Rose Hill Golf Club in Hilton Head, SC as well as Westchester Country Club in Rye, NY. Adam graduated from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI with a bachelor's degree in Professional Golf Management and has been a Class A Member of the PGA of America for 9 years.


      Matt DiSalvo

      Assistant Golf Professional

      Matthew DiSalvo joined our staff in May 2018 following a distinguished golf career at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia, where he was captain of the golf team, an honorable mention All-American, three times all-region, four times first-team all conference, and conference player of the year. Matthew holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Christopher Newport, is a long time resident of Northern Virginia, and is excited to be embarking on his professional golf career at the Club.


      Simon Dewsbury

      Assistant Golf Professional

      Born and raised in Britain, Simon has had a multi-faceted career since becoming a member of the British PGA in 1996.

      As a Jack Nicklaus / Jim Flick Coach in the late 1990’s Simon coached everybody from Beginners through to European Tour Professionals David Park, Garry Houston and Charles Challin before pursuing a playing career himself, predominantly in Europe 2000-2004. During this time, Simon would represent Great Britain in the President of Russia’s Cup in Moscow, Russia.

      After a shoulder injury and two subsequent surgeries ended his playing career, Simon returned to coaching and spent nearly a decade in Junior Golf Development back home in Britain before taking on the role of Director of Asia-Pacific Player Development for Tiger Group (Golf) in Shanghai, China. Simon would coach and mentor several promising young players during this time and still coaches players including Liu Jiao and Yu Rong on the China LPGA Tour as well as mentoring Leslie Cloots on the LPGA Symetra Tour.

      Simon has been based in the US for the last two years and comes to us from our sister facility, The Snowmass Club in Colorado.


      Matt Earhart

      Golf Course Superintendent

      Matt, originally from Olive Branch, MS, found his passion in the turf management industry by working at local clubs throughout high school and college. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. While in school, he interned at TPC Sawgrass which opened the door to upward movement in the TPC Network. He moved to Maryland in the Spring of 2013 where he was the First Assistant Superintendent at TPC Potomac and then moved to TPC Sugarloaf last summer to become the Senior Assistant Superintendent. Matt enjoys the game of golf and being outdoors with his wife Kayla.

      Ryan Jarrett 

      1st Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

      Born and raised in Manassas, VA and moved to Ashburn in 2016.  Ryan  has had a love for the game of golf since middle school and played Golf and Lacrosse in high school before attending Randolph College in Lynchburg, VA on a Lacrosse scholarship. Working on golf courses during summers in high school as well as on college breaks lead him to leave Randolph College to further pursue my interest/passion in the golf industry by attending The Professional Golf Turf Management School at Rutgers University. Ryan graduated with honors in 2015 and has worked previously as 2nd Assistant Superintendent at Generals Ridge Golf Course in Manassas Park, VA.

    • Paul Wantuck

      Fitness Director

      Paul brings with him over a decade of fitness industry experience, ranging from Division 1 Collegiate Strength and Conditioning to Private Training for a major health club as a master level trainer, as well as in-home training. He is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has background in Corrective Exercise for injury prevention/rehab. He also holds two degrees from James Madison University, one in Business Marketing and one in Exercise Science.

      Jorge Cordova

      Tennis Professional

      Jorge came to Belmont bringing with him over 33 years experience in the Tennis Industry. Most of those years have been in the Washington D.C area. Prior to Belmont Jorge was the Tennis Director at Hidden Creek Country Club and the Manager of the Bready Park Indoor Facility for the Town of Herndon.

      Joe is a 2005 graduate of Mercyhurst University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. During his time in college, he was a key member of the men’s golf team for all four years. Upon graduation in May 2008, Joe relocated to Northern Virginia and began working at Belmont Country Club as an Accounting Assistant. In 2011, Joe was promoted to his current role as Accountant. He resides in Leesburg with his wife, young son and daughter.

      Originally from the Northern Virginia area, Kirsten lived in Ashburn prior to going to college at James Madison University. In May 2014, she graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. Upon graduation, Kirsten knew she wanted to move back to the Ashburn area and began looking for a job in her field. She was a perfect fit here at Belmont as our Accounting Assistant.

      Beginning her career at the University Club and Cardinal Club in Raleigh -Durham, North Carolina, Rhonda relocated to Virginia in 1993. Before joining Belmont Country Club, Rhonda served as the Catering Sales Director at Hidden Creek Country Club and River Creek Club. Rhonda's ability to anticipate Member and guest expectations is unsurpassed. In addition to the hundreds of weddings Rhonda has coordinated, she has also planned events such as the North Carolina Gubernatorial Inaugural Ball, Duke University's FUQUA School of Business, North Carolina Debutante Ball and many high profile sports figures and events which include the Jimmy V Foundation and the Washington Redskins. She has also hosted George H. Bush and William Clinton at various locations in addition to many other prominent politicians. 

      Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her beautiful grandchildren.

      Alejandro Medina

      Chef Alex is a native Peruvian; however, he has lived in Ashburn for the last 17 years. He has a Master Degree in Food Science as well as brings over 15 years of Country Club experience with him to the Belmont Kitchen.  He has worked at several prominent Clubs in the Metro DC area to include: Lowe's Island, National Golf Club, Trump National and Cosmos Club. Chef Alex says, "he likes combining elements of various culinary traditions for a unique dining experience." He is excited to bring and share his experience and creativity with the Belmont Team and Members.

      Ashley Blevins

      Ashley moved to the Loudoun County in 2001 and graduated from Heritage High School in 2007. She attended Virginia Wesleyan College (Now University) where she continued her athletic pursuit of playing lacrosse while also working in the hospitality industry throughout her college career. She graduated VWC in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Ashley  decided to continue to pursue her passion for the hospitality industry progressing her career to Bar Manager. For a period of time, Ashley decided to pursure more indepth knowledge of the Food & Beverage world as a Wine and Spirits sales rep before accepting her current position here at Belmont Country Club.
