Q: Do I have to live at Belmont Country Club to be a member of the Club?

A: No, Belmont Country Club offers Non-Resident classifications of membership, including Invitational Golf, and both Non-Resident Full and Premier Golf.

Q: Does one membership grant access to my entire family?

A: Membership includes the member, member’s spouse, and their dependent children under the age of 23, either living at home or attending school on a full-time basis.

Q: If I join as a Golf Member, is the initiation fee due up front, or can I defer my payments?

A: Belmont Country Club offers deferred payment options for many classifications of Resident and Non-Resident Golf memberships.   No additional fees or finance charges are assessed to members wishing to defer their payment over multiple years.

Q: Do I have to be a Club Member if I live in the community?

A: Yes. All residents of Belmont Country Club are required to hold at least a Social Membership.   Social Membership gives members access to the swimming pools and tennis courts at the Recreation Center, and to the dining facilities and social functions held at the Clubhouse.

Q: Is Belmont an equity Club?

A: No, the Club is owned and operated by ClubCorp. Belmont Members do not obtain any equity or ownership interest in the Club and are not subject to any assessments for capital improvements or operating deficits.
